Add @ThreadScoped support to Solder

          Description

          When you are running on a SE environment, the @RequestScoped is not possible. As of WELDSE-11, it would be nice if Solder supported this.

          There is also an implementation on: http://svn.codehaus.org/activiti/activiti/trunk/modules/activiti-cdi/src/main/java/org/activiti/cdi/impl/context/
