Centralize test logic

John has created a great round of coverage for the impl-base MemoryMap archive storage impl. These may be extracted out into an abstract test base class. This class may then demand "abstract Archive getArchive()" which will return a new archive instance. The impl returned is up to the subclass test.

By depending upon the common base we'll share the test logic across all storage impls.
