ExtensionLoader caches TCCL

The ExtensionLoader used in ShrinkWrap cache the TCCL on creation, which makes it impossible to send a Archive between ClassLoaders. Any attempt to load a extension from the new ClassLoader will use the original ClassLoader to look for extension information.
