Make commonly used Asset implementations available through shrinkwrap-api

    Description

      It would be a nice feature to have some of the Asset implemenentations available through the shrinkwrap-api module.

      Good candidates are ByteArrayAsset, FileAsset, UrlAsset and StringAsset.

      May consider exposing them all.
