Update archives to properly support nested archives durring export to zip

The current nested archive strategy just copies all the content from another archive in with a patch including the nested archive name. This is not enough information to properly support exporting the archives to a Zip format. The export works, but the nested archives are not turned into zip files, but a simply nested directory structures.
