Problem to resolving maven dependencies in shrinkres alpha-6 when dependency is defined in the parent project.

It seems that "Maven.resolver().loadPomFromFile("pom.xml").resolve(...)" is not resolving dependencies from effectivepom, cause it cannot find dependencies defined at the parent.
