idmconsole - unable to add a role on AS7

          Description

          1. Deploy the idmconsole example to AS7
          2. Open http://localhost:8080/security-idmconsole
          3. Log in using demo/demo credentials
          4. Click "Manage role types"
          5. Click Create new role type
          6. Fill the role type (e.g. tester) and click "Add role"

          Afterwards, the role does not appear in the role list while it should.
