Integration with JSF-Resource-Relocator

          Description

          Dominik Dorn has a JSF resource-relocation extension (for hosting content on a CDN like amazon S3, or etc.)

          Dominik is interested in having Faces be a home for this project, but would prefer the project live as it's own Faces sub-module. This way one could include the resource-relocation functionality without including the rest of Faces. The primary reason for this is the current Faces/Weld/Glassfish issues.

          However, aside from these Weld issues, Faces is rather transparent to include, leaving it up to the JSF developer to take advantage of the increased functionality Faces offers. For this reason, keeping everything in the same artifact is advantageous.
