ESB SAML example fails on empty tag listeners

When I try to deploy esb, It will cause deployment error:

' is expected.

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: ESB file had validation errors.

After remove empty listeners tag from esbcontent/META-INF/jboss-esb.xml it continue in validation.
