During undeployment of process just the binding template is deleted from uddi registry, not the whole service

    Description

      According to uddi specification (http://www.uddi.org/pubs/uddi_v3.htm#_Toc85908017) businessService structure contains one bindingTemplates element, the bindingsTemplate structure contains ONE to infinity bindingTemplate elements.

      After unregistering just binding template there is business service with no binding template in registry and this state brakes specification.
