Web service interface currently not updated when new version deployed

Currently when a new version of a BPEL process is deployed, the web service is not updated. So if there is a change to the WSDL, then it will not be taken into account.

Having a stable web service interface, that is not undeployed (even temporarily) can have benefits when in a production environment where the web service is heavily used.

Therefore one solution would be to provide a configuration property that enables either mode to be selected.
