SecureInvoke integration test having an impact on subsequent ESBBPELLoanFault test case

When running the integration tests for 2.1.x cxf, the SecureInvoke test appears to create a security context that is then being reused by the subsequent ESBBPELLoanFault test - which cannot locate the required classes, as they have been undeployed as part of the SecureInvoke test completing.
