Description

When having more then 1 bpel jar deployed the server boot process can get stuck waiting for the HTTP port to be opened on the server, which is the last step in the boot process. The creation of a partner happens on a background thread, in the BPELProcess class, so I'm not sure why this is issue crops up. This needs further investigation.
