Don't remove the h2 database when undeploy riftsaw.

Currently, we remove the h2 database from the AS server's lib folder when we undeploy the riftsaw, this might cause ESB or jBPM failed, if the this AS have the ESB or jBPM installed, as these two are using the h2 database also.

So below is the solution that we will take.

1. When install the Riftsaw, we will copy the h2 lib into the JBoss AS's server lib.
2. When undeploy the Riftsaw, we won't remove the h2 lib from the server's lib, we will document this in the gettingstarted guide of installation chapter.
