Errors in server log at startup

Following the readme or Getting started doc I installed AS 5.1, ESB 4.7 and Riftsaw 2 CR2 but I'm getting these errors in the server log.

The console is available after this though I did get an error screen first. Don't know if this related but thought I'd attach the screen just in case.
