Switch use of Hibernate from native to JPA API

Use of openjpa within RiftSaw has been discounted. However due to the lower interest in support hibernate within the ODE project, it is considered preferrable for RiftSaw to switch from using the native Hibernate integration to a JPA provider based on Hibernate.
