Broken Authenticator Setup with smaller resolutions

    Description

      The Authenticator Setup page on Login screen is broken when using a small screen resolution - specifically 800x600.
      The form gets out of the screen borders and there's no way to scroll to it (the page is not vertically scrollable).

      The Authenticator Setup page is also a bit broken on Account page, however is usable - scrolling is working.
