Unstable Admin Console when opening multiple browser tabs

The Admin Console sometimes shows 404 or even gets stuck in redirect loop when quickly opening multiple links in new tabs (when opening them slowly, everything's fine). See the attached video for details [1].
I was able to reproduce this issue on Fedora (using OpenJDK) and Windows (using Oracle JDK) in all browser, however Firefox is most sensitive to this (with other browser it's not happening as often as in Firefox).

I think this is a real issue - e.g. as an admin I might want to open multiple Client Settings at once to compare them.
