Stunner - Sequence flow execution properties are always shown

Condition expressions should be set only on sequences that are neighbor's to nodes allowing this.

Actual behavior is that these properties are accessible on every sequence.

Expected behavior is to show and allow edit of execution properties for sequences only when relevant.
