Case audit: Duplicated entries for sub-process

      Description

      When a sub-process is activated in a case, the sub-process name gets added to In progress list in Case Management Showcase's case audit block.
      After it is completed, it gets moved to Completed list.

      However, the entry is duplicated in both lists.
