Installer does not configure controller url property in all standalone files

When you install both KIE server and Business central via installer, the property:

• <property name="org.kie.server.controller" value="http://localhost:8080/business-central/rest/controller"/>*
  is only set in standalone.xml.
  In standalone-full.xml, standalone-ha.xml, standalone-full-ha.xml is is with wrong value -

• <property name="org.kie.server.controller" value="http://localhost:8080"/>*
