Full screen mode should close/collapse all panels

      1. Create a project
      2. Create a DRL file
      3. Open Project Explorer
      4. Click "Maximize panel to fit full screen" button

      Description

      When you maximize the editor of some asset to fit the full screen, Alerts (Messages) are closed, but the Project Explorer is not collapsed. Expected behavior would be to collapse the Project Explorer.

      Also, there is a panel that appears on the right side of the editor (containing two buttons). This should not be present there.
