Can't change group permission

      Instead of change the group permissions, changes the role permissions.

      1. On Home view, click on engine icon
      2. Click on Role option
      3. Select any role and change the permissions
      4. Save

    Description

      All roles don't have access to change group permissions. When tries to do it the page only shows the "Cancel" option.
      Only role can be changed the permissions.
