Prometheus Server Extension Disabled property is not set in APB image

When user sets Prometheus Server Extension Disabled property in APB, then this value is not correctly set to the Deployment config of Kie Server. Value is taken from a Boolean object and is set to "True" but deployment config require value in lower "true".
To run KS with OpenShift integration properties is needed to change env variable in deployment config manually.
