no catching timer for parallel task or subprocess

In the reproducer, there are two processes:

• parallel: contains a parallel human task (multi instance)
• parallel-sub: contains a parallel sub-process

On both parallel elements, there is a timer catching event.
The project compile successfully, but at runtime the timer node is not activated and the timer never fires.
