Some external databases fail when using externaldb template

    Description

      Following up on RHPAM-1092, some databases work external to openshift, and some do not. The matrix provided by ksuta looks like this:

      DB2 10.5:

      MSSQL 2016:

      • works

      MySQL 5.7:

      • works

      MariaDB 10.2:

      • failing, EAP is missing dedicated database script for EJB timer

      Oracle 12cR1:

      • works

      PostgreSQL 9.6:

      • failing, "Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: Method setURL not found" even when KIE_SERVER_EXTERNALDB_URL wasn't set. Cause dby using driver which doesn't support setURL method. Newest driver should support it.

      Sybase 16:

      • failing, "Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: Method setURL not found" even when KIE_SERVER_EXTERNALDB_URL wasn't set.

      Fixes should be made for the failing databases. It appears that shared code in the Cloud Enablement team's cct_module will mostly likely need to change to fix this, so it must fit within their sprints.
