Not possible to open a callable process

      1. Model Start->End process
      2. Model new Start->Re-usable sub-process->End process
      3. Set first process as callable element for Re-usable sub-process
      4. Click on "+" sign to open callable element

      Actual Result
      Nothing will happen, for double click name editor for sub-process will be shown
      Expected Result
      First process will be opened.

    Description

      It is not possible to open Callable element in reusable sub-process.

      Looks like it was disabled for all: Editor mode, Instances and Definitions as part of this issue JBPM-7827 But this issues is used by customers and they are reporting other (already fixed) issues to this feature, see RHPAM-1332
