kieserver environment needs updating upon upgrade to CE sprint-24

    Description

      RHPAM and RHDM 7.1.0.GA is releasing with cct_module dependencies included in Cloud Enablement Sprint 23. In Sprint 24, they have changed the way Maven S2I works, so we need to make a relatively simple - but very important - addition to the KIE Server environment.

      Specifically, we need to add the MAVEN_LOCAL_REPO environment variable, with value of /home/jboss/.m2/repository , to the https://github.com/jboss-container-images/jboss-kie-modules/blob/master/jboss-kie-kieserver/module.yaml file.
