Error popup on first delete project

      Description

      When deleting project for the first time I get an error popup with following details

      Uncaught exception: CDI Event exception: CommandType=CDIEvent, BeanType=org.guvnor.structure.repositories.RepositoryRemovedEvent, ToSubject=cdi.event:org.guvnor.structure.repositories.RepositoryRemovedEvent, BeanReference=org.guvnor.structure.repositories.RepositoryRemovedEvent@1059e sent to [unavailable] Caused by: An error occurred while invoking getElement. This interface should only be extended by @Templated beans and cannot be invoked before a bean is in service. Caused by: There is no widget mapped to the org.kie.workbench.common.screens.library.client.screens.PopulatedLibraryView bean: org.kie.workbench.common.screens.library.client.screens.PopulatedLibraryView@f82d

      happens for the first time only, subsequent deletions work without the error.
