Recover standalone perspectives for process / task forms

      Description

      The standalone perspectives on jbpm-wb to render process / task forms were removed due to https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-7247.

      They should be added since they are needed to keep backguards compatibility (without jsni integration).
