[GSS](7.0.x) Recurring error: An error has occurred while trying to lock this asset

Every time that a process developer try to move or change an existing element of a process diagram, this error appears "An error has occurred while trying to lock this asset".

Note that the customer has a commit-hooks configured in the Business Central internal repos in order to make a "git push" to its corporative repositories.
