Include HA envs in the business central image descriptor.

All the new HA environment variables should be added in the image.yaml file descriptor which supports these envs.
The envs are:

APPFORMER_ELASTIC_PORT
APPFORMER_ELASTIC_RETRIES
APPFORMER_JMS_BROKER_ADDRESS

APPFORMER_JMS_BROKER_PORT
APPFORMER_JMS_BROKER_USER
APPFORMER_JMS_CONNECTION_PARAMS
