Missing MAVEN_REPO_SERVICE parameter in kieserver templates in RHPAM

      1. Start OpenShift and import RHPAM image streams and secrets
      2. Deploy rhpam70-authoring.yaml template
      3. Deploy kie server template (e.g. rhpam70-kieserver-postgresql.yaml) and connect it to the workbench with service properties
      4. try to deploy kjar from the Business Central to the Kie Server with postgresql database

      Description

      In Kie Server templates we can configure connection to the controller with property "KIE_SERVER_CONTROLLER_SERVICE". But maven repository from business central can't be connected to the Kie Server with service name.
      User needs to know the maven repository URL and they can configure repository connection with property "MAVEN_REPO_URL"

      Please add property for maven service configuration (e.g. MAVEN_REPO_SERVICE) to the RHPAM Kie Server templates: rhpam70-kieserver-externaldb.yaml, rhpam70-kieserver-mysql.yaml, rhpam70-kieserver-postgresql.yaml and rhpam70-prod-immutable-kieserver.yaml
