Remove EAP ADMIN parameters from templates in RHPAM

    Description

      Template rhpam70-prod-immutable-kieserver.yaml defines properties ADMIN_USERNAME and ADMIN_PASSWORD. However these properties aren't set in container environment variables. They should be set there.

      Decided that eap admin username and password variables should be removed from all kieserver templates.
