EJB Timer data source works only for MySQL and only on the default port

The rhpam70-kieserver-externaldb template provides parameters to specify the host and database name of the database, used exclusively to configure the EJB timer database. However, the port cannot be specified. As a result, the timer service fails for anything other than a default MySQL implementation.
