AMQ readiness check fails on the rhpam70-authoring-ha OpenShift template

AMQ readiness probe in rhpam70-authoring-ha fails even if AMQ seems to be running.
From [1] the AMQ image has its own readiness check (seems like liveness check is not available in the template from the link). We should use this readiness check to verify that AMQ is running.
