Project read permissions do not work

      1. Create two spaces
      2. Create two projects in both spaces.
      3. Disable all permission for analyst user for projects
      4. Enable reading some of the projects
      5. Save settings.
      6. Log in as analyst.
      7. Open spaces.
      8. Every project is visible

      Description

      Projects are visible even they are disabled for specific user. Also, need to check separate permissions, and see if the other space/project actions are hidden as appropriate.
