[OptaShift Employee Rostering] Added unassigned spots in Spot roster disappear after solving

      1. Add unassigned spots to the Spot roster.
      2. Click Solve and watch the spots disappear.
      3. Add a spot with a pinned employee and click Solve.
      4. After solving, remove the pinned employee and click Solve again. Watch the pinned spot appear.

      Description

      Custom unassigned spots that are added to the Spot roster disappear during solving. This does not happen to spots, which have a pinned employee. Also, removed spots appear again during solving.

      Moreover, if you solve the Spot roster with pinned employees, remove the pinned employees and solve the roster again, the pinned spot appears.
