[OptaShift Employee Rostering] Cannot view more than one page in Employee and Spot roster

Employee rostering 7.7.x scheduled to go out for PAM 7.0 will only display one "page" worth of the Employee and Spot rosters: can only see the first 10 entries. Clicking the navigation arrows at the bottom does not update the screen.
Master doesn't suffer from this bug.
