Package level alerts do not populate a file link

--What is the feature being requested?
For alerts that aren't at the rule level we noticed there wasn't a File available. If the appropriate log level was enabled, it would be really helpful for RHDM to provide a link to a consolidated log/text file that corresponds to whatever the alert is.

We likely don't need this feature, but it would be helpful when troubleshooting problems with the rules because it would consolidate similar error messages from logging and make that easy to access.
--How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
We would like to achieve this by adding functionality to RHDM to aggregate/create log files for specific categories of errors from standard output, assuming a sufficient level of logging is enabled.
--Do you have any specific timeline dependencies and which release would you like to target (i.e. RHEL5, RHEL6,RHEL 7)?
--Would you be be able to assist in testing this functionality if implemented?
We don't have any specific timeline or release. It's very low priority, but something that I think would be useful for users.
