Wrong ping service configured in AMQ pods in rhdm73-authoring-ha template

    Description

      The AMQ pods regularly show this error:

      2019-03-11 12:53:18,506 INFO  [org.openshift.ping.common.Utils] 3 attempt(s) with a 1000ms sleep to execute [GetServiceHosts] failed. Last failure was [java.net.UnknownHostException: ping]
2019-03-11 12:53:18,507 WARNING [org.jgroups.protocols.openshift.DNS_PING] No matching hosts found for service [ping]; continuing...

      They seem to search for ping service named "ping", however the available ping service to be used is "<app name>-amq-ping". Unavailable ping service affects HA functionality, therefore marking it as blocker.
