Remove unnecessary listener from RHDM Kie server distribution for JWS

The following servlet context listener:
https://github.com/kiegroup/droolsjbpm-integration/blob/master/kie-server-parent/kie-server-wars/kie-server/src/main/webc-resources/WEB-INF/web.xml#L8

should be listed there only for RHPAM. With RHDM, it forces user to add it's dependencies on classpath, while the persistence is not supported for RHDM at all.

Is it possible to remove it for the next (7.4) release? Please note that this change will impact also documentation and RHDM installer, as those now (advise to) put the dependencies on classpath.
