Decision Central 7.0 deployment on the IBM Websphere Application Server 9.0

RH DM Team, I am working on get the Decision Central 7.0 working on the IBM Websphere Applications server 7.0. But It is not working, I have the decision-central.war deployed into the WAS, application is failing at the start, error stack (below). I am not sure that If the Decision central is supported with the IBM WAS or It can work with the IBM WAS. However I have the Decision Server and Decision controller working fine on the same websphere.

I would greatly appreciate if you provide me input and recommendation.
