Downloaded project can't be extracted with built-in Windows unzipper

    Description

      When you download a project from business-central or decision-central, it is not possible to extract it using built-in Windows unzipper tool (i.e. right-click -> Extract All). It fails with the error attached in Windows_Zip_Error.png

      It is possible to extract the archive using 7-zip.

      I am attaching couple of archives for testing purposes. Following are the results:

      • RHDM 7.0.1 ✅
      • RHDM 7.1.0 ❌
      • RHPAM 7.0.2 ❌
      • RHPAM 7.1.1 ❌
