Missing MAVEN_REPO_SERVICE parameter in kieserver templates in RHDM

In Kie Server templates we can configure connection to the controller with property "KIE_SERVER_CONTROLLER_SERVICE". But maven repository from decision central can't be connected to the Kie Server with service name.
User needs to know the maven repository URL and they can configure repository connection with property "MAVEN_REPO_URL"

Please add property for maven service configuration (e.g. MAVEN_REPO_SERVICE) to the RHDM Kie Server templates.
