Manual changes to kmodule.xml are overriden

If I open kmodule.xml inside RHDM 7, and add some change manually, i.e.:

<fileLogger name="response-builder_filelogger" file="/Users/osiris/Downloads/audit" threaded="true" interval="1500" />

then open project editor, and do something (i.e. increase version in pom.xml) and hit build&deploy

the next time I open the kmodule.xml, my custom changes (fileLogger element) are missing
