Remove dependency on drools-pmml

There is a conflict between the drools-pmml and the kie-pmml modules. This conflict causes problems in the drools-scorecards and drools-workbench-models modules, which cascades further into other portions of the application.
The solution is to remove the drools-pmml module, and to adjust those modules which made use of it, so that they are instead making use of the kie-pmml module.
