Incremental compilation fails on misfire and IndexOutOfBoundsError

      Description

      Our generated tests for incremental compilation started to fail on IndexOutOfBounds errors and misfires after this commit [1]. Will create a PR with reproducers.

      To check all failures, run generated turtle tests from drools-compiler. For start the class AddRemoveGenerated2RulesIntegerTest should be enough.
