      This occurred multiple times during the day. Log in, start working, do something else for 5 or so minutes and then click on anything in the screen.

      Description

      I get what I assume are session timeout errors of some kind after being idle for a few minutes (not an overly long time): "Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: (TypeError) : Cannot read property 'IndexOf' of null.
