"New Data Set" button does nothing when already in "New Data Set" screen

      Description

      • Click the "Settings" button
      • Click "Data Sets"
      • Click any option
      • Click "New Data Set"
      • Observe nothing happening (users will try to abandon their current data set creation by clicking "New" to start another one)
